Pre-Visit Requirements

1.Must be a legal resident of New York State with proof of residency i.e. state identification card, driver’s license.


2.Must be at least the age of 18.


 3.Patients must have a documented medical record of diagnosis. You can give your physician this sample letter to complete, indicating your qualifying condition and associated symptom.

Our Medical Marijuana Telehealth platform helps you get in touch with a physician and allows you to video-chat with our state licensed Medical Marijuan doctor from any device.


  • Once approved by our medical marijuana physician, You’ll receive an email with your New York City Medical Marijuana Recommendation Letter.

  • Our physician will print, sign, emboss, and send your original recommendation, or certification form in the U.S. mail for free.

  • In New York, your will get your MMJ certification number from the doctor to apply for a New York Medical Marijuana Card. This can take 7—10 days.
